Job summary

Vision Ease Asia is seeking a Quality Line Supervisor to lead QC on the production floor, ensure product compliance, prevent issues, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, calibrate equipment, and work with Injection Molding, Hard Coat, and AR Coat teams to resolve issues. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a D3/S1 in engineering or related field with relevant QC experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality/QC within manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 and validation concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections across production lines.
• Ensure product compliance and take action on non-conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, RCA, and 5S.
• Coordinate calibration and verification of measuring equipment.
• Collaborate with Injection Molding, Hard Coat, and AR Coat teams to resolve issues.
• Support process validation, risk management, and NC/CAPA activities.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Conduct and support various audits (process, product, supplier, line patrol).
• Promote safety and waste reduction; maintain documentation.

Job description

We are looking for a driven Quality Line Supervisor to lead quality control activities on the production floor, ensure product compliance, prevent quality issues, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities across production lines
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB requirements
• Monitor product quality and take immediate action on non-conformities and quality issues
• Support process validation, risk management, and NC/CAPA activities
• Coordinate calibration and verification of measuring equipment and ensure measurement accuracy
• Collaborate with Production teams, particularly Injection Molding, Hard Coat, and AR Coat, to resolve quality issues
• Conduct and support process, product, supplier, and line patrol audits
• Analyze quality data and prepare accurate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Drive implementation of 5S, safety, waste reduction, and human error prevention initiatives
• Support quality improvement activities using Lean, Kaizen, RCA, and problem-solving methodologies

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality/QC within a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of Injection Molding processes
• Basic understanding of calibration and dimensional measurement
• Basic understanding of process validation and ISO 13485
• Willing to work on shifts, including 3rd shift

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Lean/DMAIC, 5-Why, RCA, Kaizen, and QC Circle
• Familiar with Process & Product Audit, Supplier Audit, Line Patrol Audit, NC/CAPA, and Risk Management
• Understanding of Process Capability (Cp/Cpk), Control Plan, 4M Change, and Human Error Prevention
• Experience with CMM, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauge/Fixture, and other dimensional measurement tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Minitab; knowledge of ERP/MES/CAD is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, documentation, teamwork, leadership, and decision-making under pressure
• Awareness of EHS protocols, waste reduction, and safe handling of equipment and chemicals
• Exposure to automation, robotics, data analytics, IoT, or AI/ML in quality is a plus
