Job summary

SiteMinder is seeking a Market Associate in Bali to drive new business for our hotel commerce platform. You will source opportunities, engage potential clients, and manage the sales cycle from outreach to closing, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating demos.

You will work remotely from Bali, collaborate with a global team, and grow your sales skills through our career development plan. Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential to communicate with managers and peers.

Qualifications

• Located in Bali or within commutable distance.
• Confident, personable and eager to hit sales goals.
• Willing to learn and take feedback constructively.
• Fluent Indonesian; fluent English for communication with managers and colleagues.
• CRM system experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Source opportunities and canvass potential clients via cold calling and respond to inquiries, referrals and leads.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts.
• Achieve sales KPIs and finalize sales promptly.
• Prepare accurate quotes and present proposals professionally.
• Negotiate contracts while balancing client value and SiteMinder profits.
• Maintain records of business development activities on SiteMinder's CRM.
• Manage new client accounts until handed to Onboarding Success Team or Account Manager.
• Provide client feedback to Product Team for product review and improvement.
• Coordinate client events, meetings and demos.
• Create and maintain client databases and mailing lists.
• Continue learning through our growth and progression plans.
