Job summary

PT Internet Pratama Indonesia is seeking an on-site Network Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical support and maintain client network devices at the client site. You will respond to incidents, perform preventive and corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive monitoring.

With a minimum of a diploma and 3 years in network infrastructure, you will work independently on-site, coordinate with client IT teams, and address complex issues while preserving service

Qualifications

• Diploma required in Computer Science, Information Engineering or Information Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience as Network Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls) and on-site troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• On-site availability and active standby at client location.
• SIM A, CCNA, NSE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact at the client site for network-related issues.
• Provide first-level and second-level support for network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, etc.).
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new or replacement network equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or backline support when required.
• Coordinate with the client's IT team and internal support teams to ensure smooth operations
