Job summary

PT. INTERNET PRATAMA INDONESIA TBK is seeking a Network Enterprises Engineer to identify and analyze infrastructure problems across client sites, and to create and maintain documentation for device configurations.

You will perform maintenance and provide end-to-end support for hardware and software, collaborating with supporting teams to resolve issues and coordinating RMA plans and spare parts delivery. Placement is in Jakarta; travel around Indonesia may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Information Engineering/IS.
• 3-5 years experience as Network Enterprises Engineer.
• Experience with Network Security & Enterprises Network Solution.

Responsibilities

• Identify & Analyze Infrastructure Problems at All Clients Site.
• Create Documentation for re-configuration devices for troublshooting solution.
• Performs maintenance and support end to end solution assistance on various and diverse hardware and software.
• Collaborate with supporting Teams to fix client troubleshooting.
• Coordinate RMA plan, troubleshooting Follow up, and delivery sparepart devices.
