Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, talent management, office facilities, and procurement, while ensuring compliance with labor laws. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 8–10 years of HRGA experience and leadership background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading HRGA operations and teams is essential.
• Knowledge of labor laws and general affairs management is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Oversee general affairs including office management, facility maintenance, and procurement services.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead employee relations initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HRGA budgets and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with department heads to address HR and general affairs needs.
