Lonza Jakarta is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to support the sales team, ensure smooth order and delivery processing, and maintain exceptional customer service for the standard account base.

This on-site role emphasizes real-time collaboration to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. You will handle quotes, inquiries, forecasts, and payments while ensuring timely delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service or relevant discipline.
• Significant years of experience in Customer Service with exposure to import/export documentation for SEA.
• Proficiency with SAP and SFDC, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team to reach sales objectives.
• Handling customer requirements, assist in quotations, technical support enquiries, quality issues and customer complaints.
• Managing customer forecast according to GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guideline.
• Process samples request and to generate weekly sales reports.
• Follow up on customer overdue payments with coordination with finance.
• Generate customer orders, sales relevant information into the system correctly and ensure timely delivery of right products to customers and assist with Inventory management.
