Job summary

dsm‑firmenich is seeking a Lead Specialist, CX (Japanese Speaking) in Cileungsi, Indonesia. You will coordinate order processing, communicate with customers and account managers, and ensure timely fulfillment within OTC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in customer service or order management.
• Japanese language (spoken and written) required to liaise with stakeholders in Japan.
• Business-level English (spoken and written) to communicate with internal teams and partners.
• Project Management, Continuous improvement, Lean/Green Belt Six Sigma trained.
• SAP knowledge and experience, especially OTC & LE modules.
• CRM knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact between customers, sales and other internal departments.
• Manage sales orders in-take via email and Web Portal; process orders within 24 hours of receipt.
• Communicate with customers and account managers about rush orders, changes, delays and MOQs.
• Monitor open orders, confirm shipping dates, and propose alternatives when needed.
• Check and monitor order blocks; collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance, Pricing Agent.
• Support sales management in follow-up on outstanding payments and credit limits.
