Job summary

The Lonza Group Ltd. in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to establish and maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction for our standard account base.

This fully site-based role supports close, real-time collaboration and the precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. You will work with the sales team to reach objectives, handle customer requirements including quotations and technical inquiries, manage forecasts

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Customer Service with exposure to import/export documentation for SEA countries.
• Understanding of export sales document support.
• Experience in Chemical, Food, Pharma, Medical or Logistics industries.
• Good commercial acumen and hands-on sales support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel, SAP and SFDC.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to reach sales objectives.
• Handle customer requirements, assist in quotations, technical support inquiries, quality issues and customer complaints.
• Manage customer forecasts according to GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines.
• Process samples requests and generate weekly sales reports.
• Follow up on customer overdue payments with coordination with finance.
• Generate customer orders and sales information in the system and ensure timely delivery of products; assist with Inventory management.
