PT MUTU TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA in Jakarta seeks a detail-oriented purchaser to source goods online via marketplaces and supplier sites. You will compare prices, negotiate offers, and ensure orders meet specs. You’ll process POs, monitor delivery, coordinate with suppliers, and report on purchases.

Formación

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in Purchasing/Procurement is a plus.
• Familiar with marketplaces and online purchase transactions.
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Search for goods and suppliers through marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Alibaba, supplier websites, and other platforms).
• Compare prices, specifications, quality, and availability of goods from various suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and request the best offers from suppliers.
• Ensure purchased goods meet company or customer specifications and requirements.
• Process purchase orders (PO) and monitor order status.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding stock, delivery, payment, and estimated arrival of goods.
• Follow up on orders until goods are received in good condition.
• Create reports on purchases, price comparisons, and supplier data.
• Maintain good communication relationships with suppliers.
