Job summary

Newtech Machinery Pte Ltd seeks an organized procurement specialist to manage overseas purchasing and shipping for spare parts across multiple regions. The role involves handling Incoterms, customs paperwork, and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will source parts worldwide, negotiate terms, and maintain precise records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required; English fluency is essential, Mandarin a plus. Based at Bizpark PIK 2, Jakarta area.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseas purchasing and shipping operations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and customs documentation.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Import and Overseas Shipping: Incoterms selection, customs documents, HS codes, and customs clearance checks.
• Identification and Sourcing: receive spare parts requests, identify specs, search suppliers locally and internationally.
• Supplier Management and Negotiation: compare quotations, negotiate prices and payment terms, handle after-sales warranty.
• Order Execution and Tracking: create POs, confirm orders, monitor progress and delivery dates.
