Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and service Packsize equipment at customer sites in Joliet, IL. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical systems, perform startup testing and train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on mechanical skills, familiarity with Windows and office software, and the ability to work independently. This role requires travel to customer facilities and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with Windows platforms and basic MS Office or Google Suite.
• Associates degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate on-site service.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities.
• Deliver customer training on product capabilities and maintenance.
