Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to work on-site in Indianapolis/McCordsville, IN. This role involves installing and maintaining Packsize equipment, managing inventory and parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service. Candidates should possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary between $65,000 and $80,000 USD is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Packsize equipment at customer locations.
• Manage parts and inventory in the warehouse.
• Provide five-star customer service by proactively visiting customers.
