Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to lead a team of Resident Service Engineers at customer sites in Stockton, CA. You will install, maintain and support Packsize equipment and build strong customer relationships to ensure 5-Star service.

This role requires strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to read electrical schematics, and willingness to travel for training and installations. Excellent communication and coaching abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel and Word skills.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Advanced mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at customer locations.
• Lead and coach Resident Service Engineers to deliver 5-Star service.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Review KPI data to identify and address performance issues.
• Travel for training and installations as required.
