We are looking for a highly skilled Resident Service Engineer in the Indianapolis/McCordsville, IN area. This technician will work on‑site at one of our key customers' locations to install, maintain and support Packsize equipment, manage our parts and inventory unit within the warehouse, as well as build and maintain customer relationships by effectively servicing the equipment. This individual must understand the needs of the customer, work proactively and efficiently to meet those needs, and provide five‑star customer service by proactively visiting or calling the customer to ensure they are fully satisfied with the Packsize equipment, process flow, packaging designs, and service.
Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Clearing jams, loading Z‑fold, changing labels, changing bander paper and adding glue to the machine.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 USD – $80,000 USD; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate’s prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
