Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines at customer sites. You will diagnose equipment malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-site technical support to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Travel to customer locations is required. You will prepare service reports and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, contributing to reduced downtime and increased machine reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding machines as a Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding machine operation and technical issues.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical concerns and ensure smooth machine operation.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repair activities.
• Travel to customer sites as required to provide on-site technical services.
