Job summary

Vision Ease Asia in Indonesia is seeking a motivated Molding Maintenance Staff to support repair and preventive maintenance of molding production machines and related facilities.

You will troubleshoot injection machines, material handling equipment, thermolators and forklifts in the molding area, complete maintenance records, support ISO compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety.

A Diploma or Bachelor's in a relevant field and at least two years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Good teamwork, communication, discipline, initiative, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on production machines and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts in the molding area.
• Support compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB.
• Complete maintenance reports, machine history records, and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Support continuous improvement, 5R implementation, and workplace safety.
