Vision Ease Asia in Indonesia seeks a motivated Molding Maintenance Staff to support repair and preventive maintenance of production machines in the molding area.

You will troubleshoot injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts, while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and CPAKB. Join a team focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum D3 or S1 in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Good teamwork, communication, discipline, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on production machines and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts in the molding area.

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on production machines and support equipment
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts in the molding area
• Support compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB
• Complete maintenance reports, machine history records, and preventive maintenance checklists
• Support continuous improvement, 5R implementation, and workplace safety

Qualifications
