Job summary

Peoplyee in Batam is seeking a service technician to inspect and service injection molding machines on site. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and communicate with customers in Indonesian and English.

You will prepare service reports in English and provide technical guidance on machine operation and maintenance, with transportation and communications allowances provided.

Qualifications

• Language: Communicative to business-level English proficiency.
• Experience in the maintenance and repair of injection molding machines.
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot machine problems independently.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in Indonesian and English.
• Able to prepare work reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites in Batam to inspect and service injection molding machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure reliable machine operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Indonesian and English regarding technical issues and service activities.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintenance documentation in English.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
