Job summary

Philips Batam is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support injection molding lines, assist with routine maintenance, and resolve production issues under supervision. You will help optimize manufacturing workflows and ensure GMP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with injection molding and automation systems, PLC programming or troubleshooting, and familiarity with equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Injection Molding and Automation systems.
• Experience with PLC programming or troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Acts as initial support and primary contact for production workers and operators.
• Performs non-repetitive tasks under direct supervision and follows established guidelines.
• Verifies and maintains accurate records of production processes and equipment maintenance.
• Executes routine repairs on faulty equipment and systems and performs minor adjustments.
• Assists in engineering, commissioning & qualification activities and site acceptance tests.
