Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience in a managerial role.
• Manufacturing/factory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost management, tax compliance and reporting.
• Hands-on transfer pricing experience required.
• Strong analytical, cost-control and leadership skills.
• Experience building and developing finance teams.
• Professional English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Willing to work on-site in Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and financial control systems.
• Lead, train, and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, quarterly P&L, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and department forecasts.
• Review purchases, monitor expenses, and maintain cost controls.
• Coordinate with auditors and support tax compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
