The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, strong accounting and tax knowledge, and experience in manufacturing settings. English proficiency and leadership are essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting with managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GL, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Hands-on transfer pricing experience required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and financial control systems.
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, quarterly P&L, annual financial reports and management reports.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for departments.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
