Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with managerial responsibility.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GL, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliation, and accounting software.
• Hands-on transfer pricing experience required.
• Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.
• Experienced in building and leading finance/accounting teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional-level English proficiency; willingness to work on-site in Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and financial control systems.
• Lead, train, and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, quarterly P&L statements, annual financial reports, and management reports.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts for different departments.
• Review and approve purchases while monitoring expenses and maintaining cost controls.
• Conduct and supervise account reconciliations and inventory verification.
• Coordinate with independent auditors and support audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor financial performance and evaluate profitability, efficiency, processes, and resource utilization.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
