Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting with managerial experience.
Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Hands-on with transfer pricing.
Strong financial analysis, cost-control, and reporting skills.
Experience building and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and financial control systems.
Lead, manage, train, and supervise the finance and accounting team.
Prepare monthly cost reports, quarterly P&L, annual financial reports, and management reports.
Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts for different departments.
Review and approve purchases while monitoring expenses and cost controls.
Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
