Job summary

Savaya Group is looking for a Project Manager to support the development and construction of a new venue in Bali. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, internal departments, and management to deliver safely, on schedule, and within the approved budget.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong project control, consistent site presence, and the ability to resolve issues before they affect the opening timeline.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, renovation, fit-out, or venue development projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong review of plans, budgets, and progress reports.
• Willingness to work primarily from the project site in Bali.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project plan with milestones.
• Coordinate daily project activities and provide progress updates.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor construction progress via site inspections.
• Review drawings, schedules, and material submissions.
• Coordinate permits, utilities, and other requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management.
