Qualifications

• Experience in talent management or stage management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and tight schedules.
• Experience in live events or entertainment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of artists, performers, and stage operations.
• Collaborate with international artists, agents, managers, promoters, and production teams.
• Support delivery of high-quality live entertainment programmes across Savaya Group venues in Bali.
• Coordinate performance schedules, soundchecks, rider requirements, and artist movements.
• Maintain records of schedules, contacts, incident reports, and post-event feedback.
