Job summary

Savaya Group in Bali seeks a Group Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver production operations across the group’s venues and events. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality live experiences in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing complex productions, and delivering exceptional results across premium events in Bali.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Manager or similar role.
• Experience in live events, music festivals, or premium hospitality.
• Ability to manage full production lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Strong coordination with internal and external teams.
• Knowledge of staging, lighting, sound, video, rigging and site operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, quotations, POs, invoices.
• Health and safety compliance and permits knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production for events and activations.
• Plan schedules, site plans, run sheets, riders, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate with artists, agencies, suppliers, and teams.
• Manage budgets, quotations, POs, invoices, and cost tracking.
• Lead production teams during build, rehearsals, live operations, and pack-down.
• Ensure health, safety, venue procedures and local regulations are met.
• Drive continuous improvement across Savaya Group venues.
