Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Corporate General Manager to oversee Bali-based hospitality operations across a diverse portfolio of luxury and boutique properties. You will drive service quality, revenue performance, and standardized SOPs while managing senior department heads and 200+ staff.

You will report to owners, balance guest experience with financial discipline, and lead pre-opening readiness and cross-property initiatives in a fast-paced, high-occupancy environment.

Qualifications

• Requires top-level hospitality leadership experience across multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Fluency in English; Balinese market knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties with focus on service quality and standards.
• Drive pre-opening readiness, staffing, workflow development, and operational setup for new properties.
• Own property revenue performance, occupancy, GOP, and yield optimization while maintaining brand positioning.
• Develop and manage operational budgets with ownership; ensure cost control and efficiency.
• Establish, audit, and improve SOPs across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest experience.
• Lead department heads and a workforce of 200+ across properties; foster high-performance culture.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve service issues, and improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and provide regular performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and internal policies.
• Lead by example with a hands-on management style during peak occupancy.

Education

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Management, or a related field
