• Minimum 8–10+ years in hospitality leadership.
• 3–5 years as General Manager overseeing multi-property operations.
• Experience with pre-opening activities and Bali market.
• Fluent English; Balinese local preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties.
• Drive pre-opening readiness and staffing coordination.
• Oversee property revenue performance, occupancy, GOP, and yield optimization.
• Develop and manage operational budgets with ownership and ensure cost control.
• Establish, audit, and improve SOPs across front office, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
