Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Corporate General Manager to oversee Bali-based, multi-property operations. The role emphasizes achieving high service quality, financial discipline, and consistent standards across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will report to the owners, manage 200+ staff, and drive revenue performance, occupancy strategies, and operational excellence while balancing guest experience and cost control.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership, including multi-property oversight.
• Experience with pre-opening activities and Bali market preferred.
• Fluency in English; Balinese/local knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, yield optimization, occupancy strategy, budgeting and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead senior department heads and large hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring service quality and standards.
• Drive pre-opening readiness, staffing, workflows, and setup for new properties.
• Own property revenue performance, occupancy, GOP, and yield optimization.
• Develop and manage operational budgets with ownership, ensuring cost control.
• Establish, audit, and improve SOPs across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest experience.
• Lead department heads and a workforce of 200+ across properties.
• Foster high performance with accountability, appraisal, and cross-property coordination.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and implement practical efficiency improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and provide updates on performance and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and internal policies.
• Lead by example with visible presence during peak periods.
