Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Corporate General Manager to lead Bali's multi-property hospitality portfolio, ensuring service quality, profitability, and consistent standards across hotels, resorts, and villas.

Reporting to the owners, you will oversee 200+ staff, drive pre-opening readiness, optimize revenue and occupancy, enforce SOPs, and balance guest experience with operating discipline in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including 3-5 years as a General Manager overseeing multi-property operations.
• Experience managing pre-opening activities or multi-property operations, preferably in Bali.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, yield optimization, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proven expertise in SOP development, operational audits, and guest experience management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistent service quality and operational standards.
• Drive pre-opening readiness, staffing coordination, workflow development, and operational setup for new properties.
• Take overall responsibility for property revenue performance, occupancy, GOP, and yield optimization while protecting room rates and brand positioning.
• Develop and manage operational budgets in coordination with ownership and ensure effective cost control.
• Establish, implement, audit, and continuously improve SOPs across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, guest experience, and other operational functions.
• Lead and manage department heads and a workforce of 200+ employees across multiple properties.
• Foster a high-performance culture through clear accountability, staff development, performance evaluation, and cross-property coordination.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, resolve service issues, and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners while providing regular updates on operational performance, revenue, staffing, and strategic priorities.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, internal policies, and applicable operational requirements.
• Lead by example and maintain a visible management presence across properties during high occupancy and operational pressure.
