Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Corporate General Manager to lead operations for a multi-property hospitality portfolio in Ubud, Bali. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management across guest experience, revenue performance, and SOP enforcement.

The successful candidate will oversee pre-opening activities, drive occupancy and GOP, manage budgets, and ensure consistent standards across properties. Strong English skills and Bali market insight are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Management or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including multi-property oversight.
• Experience managing pre-opening activities and multi-property operations in Bali.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, yield optimization, occupancy strategy, budgeting and cost control.
• Proven expertise in SOP development, audits, and guest experience management.
• Ability to manage senior department heads and large teams with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple hospitality properties to ensure consistent service standards.
• Drive pre-opening readiness, staffing coordination, workflows, and operational setup for new properties.
• Own property revenue performance, occupancy, GOP, and yield optimization while protecting room rates and brand position.
• Develop and manage operational budgets in coordination with ownership; ensure cost control.
• Establish, audit, and improve SOPs across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest experience.
• Lead and manage 200+ employees across properties; coach senior department heads.
