Job summary

Grab's ID Omnicommerce team is seeking an Assistant Manager for Strategy & Planning, based onsite in Jakarta. You will oversee budgeting, forecasts, P&L management, and strategic growth for the business unit, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive profitability.

You will lead end-to-end operational execution of strategic projects, manage bank partnerships and merchant initiatives, and monitor market trends to inform senior management strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Budget Planning & Forecasting: execute budgeting and weekly forecasts, cascade targets into segment Sales and territory budgets, and drive actions to stay on target.
• Own Strategic Project: Lead the end-to-end operational execution of strategic project to expand merchant selection and improve margins, covering commercial setup, purchasing operations, financial processes, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee Enterprise segment &Bank Partnership Strategy: Drive Omni adoption among Enterprise Mex through tailored commercial and product solutions, while scaling bank partnerships.
• Drive Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify gaps and provide actionable insights for management strategy.
