MAKE UP FOR EVER in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven Omni channel Retail Lead to develop and execute strategies that strengthen the brand DNA across all channels. You will manage dashboards, inventory replenishment, and forecast accuracy, collaborating with multiple functions to defend market position.

The role requires 3+ years in Retail/FMCG merchandiser or key account, strong English proficiency, and adept data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of working experience in Retail/FMCG with background as merchandiser or key account.
• Preferably have experience handling digital channel.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Good time management to ensure all reports & projects are done timely.
• Demonstrate positive work ethic and be able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, and to represent the brand suitably.
• Strong analytical skill to do sales & data analysis.
• High resilience, agility with creative and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for OMNI channel retail analysis dashboard and monitoring of Sales Performance data, provide monthly, quarterly and annual report.
• Responsible managing stock assurance / replenishment all channel, product forecast and manage overall channel per DOI guidelines.
• Identify and actively share valuable insights from retail data analysis across each channel to improve overall retail productivity by channel and defend Brand position in the market.
• Lead and responsible for end to end process from GR process in Warehouse to allocation to stores in all channels, with on time sales ordering process in SAP – DN creation by door align with SOP.
• Support Retail team in tracking monthly business performance by channel – door and review on business gap / potential opportunity that fit with brand marketing calendar – strategies.
• Support Retail Operational Audit Excellence, review and evaluate SOP implementation in store through CRM database and store audit together with RETAIL ops team.
• Work closely with all functions to manage NPD /campaign roll out in timely manner and actively assist trade promo implementation to boost brand growth and performance
