Job summary

Blibli Group is seeking a Marketing Communication & Promotion Manager to lead integrated marketing communication strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand activations across its physical retail network. You will oversee Creative Design and Content Creation to ensure campaigns strengthen brand positioning and drive store traffic and sales.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and at least 5 years in marketing, brand campaigns, or retail marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, Retail Marketing, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, promotional strategies, and brand communication.
• Proven experience in leading creative or marketing teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, store traffic, and sales.
• Lead marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, store activations, product launches, and other initiatives across online and offline channels.
• Oversee creative design, content production, social media, digital advertising, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Store Operations, Marketing Partnerships, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance metrics, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Creative Design and Content Creator teams, ensuring high-quality output and timely campaign execution.
