Blibli OMG, part of Blibli’s expanding retail ecosystem, is seeking a Junior Product Marketing professional to support the Product Manager in managing assigned brands. You will assist with sales planning, monitor product performance, and help maintain healthy inventory levels to meet targets.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and principals to support product launches, pricing strategies, and day-to-day commercial operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Management, Key Account, Retail Buying, or Merchandising
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong commercial mindset and business acumen
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Aufgaben

• Support Product Manager in managing assigned brands and their overall performance
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, buying plans, and stock allocation strategies
• Monitor sales, inventory, and stock levels to ensure healthy WOS (Weeks of Supply)
• Identify slow-moving or aging stock and support action plans to improve sell-through
• Coordinate with principals on product launches, pricing, and promotional activities
• Ensure accuracy in purchase orders, claims, and commercial documentation
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from ordering to sell-out
