Talent Search Recruitment Consultant client, a leading global consumer electronics company, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead offline sales performance in Jabodetabek. You will coordinate distributors, dealers, and company-owned stores to strengthen the omnichannel business.

Responsibilities include developing offline sales strategies, optimizing product assortment, overseeing retail execution, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to improve processes

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in smartphone, mobile devices, or consumer electronics.
• Experience in Area Sales Management, Channel Sales, or Offline Sales Management.
• Strong experience managing distributors, dealers, and retail channel partners from the brand/principal side.
• Good understanding of offline sales strategy, channel development, retail operations, merchandising, and product assortment.
• Strong commercial negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies, manage channel performance, and achieve business targets.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute offline sales strategies, annual sales plans, and promotions.
• Drive offline sales performance across B2B and B2C channels, integrating dealers, distributors, and company-owned stores.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, agencies, and business partners, while identifying and developing new channel partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure effective execution across retail and distribution channels.
• Oversee retail execution, including in-store asset compliance, retail audits, merchandising, marketing materials, and product assortment.
• Develop product assortment and promotional strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, and channel performance.
• Manage commercial matters, including terms of trade, negotiations, and the resolution of legal or commercial issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Commercial, and Technology teams to improve business processes and customer experience.
• Support category management and the development of exclusive product portfolios in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Oversee product catalogue management and ensure accurate product information across relevant sales platforms to drive sales and customer engagement.
