Job summary

PT MFF Oilfield Services and Engineering is seeking Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to collaborate with customers and engineers, assess equipment needs, and develop tailored proposals for oilfield tools and rig equipment. You will actively promote company products and support clients from inquiry through delivery in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent experience in selling technical products will be considered.
• 2–3 years of sales/marketing experience in technical or industrial products.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide ongoing sales support.
• Engage with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.
• Develop, present, and respond to proposals tailored to customer needs, including RFPs and customized industry solutions.
• Diagnose issues with installed equipment and provide effective solutions.
• Plan and adjust product configurations to meet client specifications.
• Deliver technical presentations to communicate product value to clients.
• Provide both technical and non-technical support to clients and internal teams on equipment use and maintenance.
• Recommend improvements in materials or machinery to save costs or increase production.
