Job summary

OMS Oilfield Services in Duri, Riau, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our oilfield services operations. The role focuses on profitability, budgeting, customer relations, and operational efficiency, with an emphasis on QMS/QHSSE compliance.

You will manage people and resources, drive continuous improvement, and ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards are met while maintaining service excellence for onshore and offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant oil and gas experience.
• Extensive knowledge of API Q1 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
• Manage invoicing, inventory, procurement, and resources.
• Maintain relationships with customers and pursue new business.
• Ensure QMS and QHSSE compliance and continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and evaluate QMS performance.
• Lead and develop employees and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and API/licensor specs.
