Qualifications

• Extensive oil and gas production operations experience with field operations and optimization.
• Proven leadership with team management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Ability to analyze production data and use software tools to improve efficiency.

• Oversee daily oil production operations and ensure safe, reliable output.
