Job summary

PT Oil States Indonesia in Batam seeks a Manufacturing Leader to own end-to-end production planning, delivery accountability, and quality performance across OCTG machining, threading, welding and inspection. You will lead a direct labour team in a multilingual environment, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with QA/QC, and ensure API Spec Q1 compliance while meeting cost, safety and schedule targets.

10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
Experience leading a direct labour workforce in a multilingual environment.
Working knowledge of OCTG manufacturing processes, including machining, threading, welding, inspection and testing; familiarity with API Spec Q1 is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own complete and on-time delivery of manufacturing work, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and customer schedule targets.
Plan and coordinate daily/weekly forward production requirements; identify constraints and mitigate risks.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve delivery commitments and optimize production performance.
Drive corrective actions for non-conformances and ensure continual improvement of the Quality System.
