Role Description

The Senior Manager Oil Production is a full-time, on-site role based in Cakung, responsible for overseeing daily oil production operations and ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient output. This role leads production teams, coordinates with maintenance, engineering, and HSE to optimize well performance, minimize downtime, and resolve operational issues. The Senior Manager monitors production data, sets targets, and implements improvement initiatives, including cost control and resource planning. They ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and safety procedures, and drive incident prevention and risk management activities. The role also involves mentoring team members, managing contractor performance, preparing reports for senior leadership, and contributing to long-term production strategy and project planning.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in oil and gas production operations, with a strong understanding of field operations, processing facilities, and production optimization.
• Proven leadership skills, including team management, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices related to oil and gas production.
• Ability to analyze production data, use relevant software tools, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and resources, with effective planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working on-site in production facilities or oilfields; familiarity with Cakung or similar operating environments is an advantage.
