Job summary

PT Emas Pandai Indonesia is seeking a results-driven operations professional to lead warehousing and expansion efforts across multiple regions. This role requires relocation and frequent travel, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

You will coordinate with branches, drivers, and warehouse teams to streamline offload, inbound, and outbound flows while building relationships with buyers and negotiating margins.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure smooth offload processes across assigned regions.
• Coordinate with branches, drivers, and warehouse teams to optimize operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce turnaround times.
• Set up and manage warehouse operations including SOPs, layouts, and basic controls.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and security; manage inbound and outbound flows.
• Source and build relationships with local buyers (HP/laptop/gold) and negotiate pricing to improve margins.
• Maintain an active network of buyers per region and travel to new cities to establish operations from zero.
• Run pilot operations and decide handover vs ongoing management based on business needs.

2. Warehouse Setup & Management

Set up operational warehouse (SOP, layout, basic controls)

Ensure inventory accuracy and security

Manage inbound (pickup) and outbound (sales) flow

Source and build relationships with local buyers (HP/laptop/gold)

Negotiate pricing and improve margin vs Jakarta benchmark

Maintain active network of buyers per region

4. Expansion Execution

Travel to new cities to establish operations from zero

Run pilot operations until stable

Handover or continue managing depending on business needs

What We’re Looking For

Willing to relocate & travel frequently (non-negotiable)

Strong executor — can work independently without daily direction

Street-smart: comfortable dealing with vendors, buyers, and ops issues

Basic understanding of logistics / warehouse / trading is a plus

High ownership mindset (not “wait for instruction” type)
