Job summary

ANTARESTAR in Bekasi, Indonesia seeks a results-driven Retail Management leader to drive revenue growth across offline channels, lead new store expansion, and elevate store performance. You will manage a multi-store retail team and build strategic partnerships with external parties while ensuring operations readiness and strong visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail Management or a strategic retail role, with multi-store management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategies to drive offline sales and revenue growth.
• Experienced in opening, developing, and managing various store formats
• Comprehensive understanding of retail operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising
• Willing to maintain high mobility, visit multiple store locations, and be available to support company events and offline activations when required.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to provide fast and responsive business updates, including situations requiring intensive monitoring and immediate follow-up.

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across all offline sales channels

• Initiate and lead offline sales programs and activations

• Manage B2B activities end-to-end and develop B2B partnerships
• Prepare accurate and timely business reports and updates covering sales performance, store performance, B2B pipeline, partnerships, events, challenges, opportunities, and action plans
