Job summary

Digital Edge is seeking an Officer, Sales Operations Analyst to join its Asia-focused data center platform team. You will safeguard CRM data integrity, prepare quotations and service orders, and coordinate with Finance, Operations, Customer Care and Legal to move opportunities to signed, delivered and billable services.

The role requires strong data management, reporting, and documentation discipline, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or related roles.
  • Hands-on CRM experience across major platforms (Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, or Dynamics).
  • Experience preparing recurring management reports and handling large Excel datasets.
  • Experience coordinating with Finance, Legal, Operations and Sales teams.
  • Industry knowledge in Data Center, Telecom, IT infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM data integrity for accounts, contacts, opportunities, pricing and pipeline.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, service orders, and contract documentation with approvals.
  • Track pricing approvals and ensure terms are recorded per policy.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly pipeline, booking, forecast and renewal reports.
  • Coordinate handover from order to service delivery and billing with relevant teams.
  • Manage contract records, renewals and re-pricing actions awareness.
  • Support tender, onboarding, and NDA/contract routing with Legal and Finance.
  • Support CRM migrations, data cleansing, data mapping, testing and user adoption.
  • Track sales performance metrics and data for incentive calculations.
  • Contribute to process improvement of sales operations and reporting templates.

What we need:
  • The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the Indonesia commercial organisation, covering CRM data integrity, quotation and service order administration, contract documentation, and sales pipeline and booking reporting. The role serves as the central point of coordination between the Sales team and internal Finance, Operations, Customer Care, and Legal stakeholders for the activities that turn a commercial opportunity into a signed, delivered, and billable service.
  • The Sales Operations Analyst safeguards the accuracy and timeliness of commercial data and documentation, ensuring that accounts, opportunities, and orders recorded in the system reflect the true position of the business, that management reporting can be relied upon for decision-making, and that commercial approvals and documentation are completed in line with company policy.
  • Additionally, the position supports continuous improvement across sales operations processes and systems, including sales systems migration activity and the standardisation of templates, trackers, and reporting packs. This is an individual contributor role within the Sales team, with no direct reports.
Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial data in the CRM, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, pricing, and pipeline stages, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and administer quotations, proposals, service order forms, and supporting commercial documentation, including version control and routing for internal approval.
  • Support the deal approval cycle by tracking pricing and discount approvals and ensuring commercial terms are recorded in line with company policy and delegation of authority.
  • Produce recurring pipeline, booking, forecast, and renewal reporting and dashboards for the Sales Director and regional stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business review materials.
  • Coordinate the handover from signed order to service delivery and billing, working with Operations, Customer Care, and Finance so that installation, service commencement, and invoicing reconcile to the contract.
  • Maintain customer contract records, including terms, expiry dates, renewals, and escalations, and flag upcoming renewal and re-pricing actions to the Sales team.
  • Support tender and RFP administration, customer onboarding documentation, and the routing of non-disclosure agreements and contract documents with Legal and Finance.
  • Support sales systems administration and ongoing CRM migration activity, including data cleansing, data mapping, testing, and user adoption support.
  • Track sales performance metrics and target attainment, and prepare the supporting data for incentive and commission calculations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations processes, templates, and standard operating procedures to improve accuracy, cycle time, and reporting quality.
Technical Competencies:
  1. Sales Operations & CRM Administration - Ability to maintain CRM data, manage opportunity and account records, and administer sales processes and workflows.
  2. Data Analysis & Management Reporting - Ability to consolidate commercial data and produce accurate pipeline, booking, and forecast reporting and dashboards.
  3. Order Management & Commercial Documentation - Understanding of the quotation-to-order-to-billing cycle, including service orders, contract records, approval routing, and handover to delivery.
  4. Data Center & Connectivity Commercial Fundamentals - Understanding of colocation and connectivity commercial constructs such as recurring and non-recurring charges, rack and power units, cross connects, and standard contract terms.
Non-Technical Competencies:
  1. Accuracy & Attention to Detail - Ability to work with a high level of precision across data, documentation, and reporting, where errors carry commercial and billing consequences.
  2. Communication & Stakeholder Management - Ability to communicate effectively with sales, operations, finance, and regional stakeholders across all levels.
  3. Organisation & Prioritisation - Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and deadlines, including month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles.
  4. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement - Ability to identify process gaps, propose practical solutions, and improve the way commercial data and documentation are handled.

Actively champion and implement the organization's policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate:
Education and Experience:

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent. Relevant Field of Study, Business Administration or Management, Economics, Accounting or Finance, Information Systems or Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Data Analytics, Marketing or Communications, and other related disciplines

Minimum Working Experience:
  • Min. 2 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business/Commercial Analysis, Order Management, or Project & Contract Administration.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics) for data maintenance, pipeline updates, and reporting.
  • Experience preparing recurring management reports and handling large datasets in Excel.
  • Experience in Data Center, Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure, Technology Services, or other B2B industries preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations).
Certification (Preferred):
  • Sales Ops & Systems: Salesforce Certified Administrator/Associate, or equivalent CRM certification (Odoo/HubSpot).
  • Data & Reporting: Microsoft Excel Expert (MO-201), Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300).
  • Data Center: CDCP or Data Center Fundamentals.
Language & Computer Skill:
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (written & verbal); Mandarin is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large datasets), CRM platforms, reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio), and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP/billing/ticketing systems is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
  • High attention to detail; able to handle confidential commercial, pricing, and customer data with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines (including month-end/quarter-end cycles).
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
  • Willing to visit Digital Edge data center sites when required.
