Job summary

ANDRITZ AG in Palembang is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control specialist to oversee planning and scheduling for manufacturing operations. You will monitor daily output, ensure material availability, and support on-time delivery within an office-based environment.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in the pulp and paper sector, with proficiency in SAP Hana and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production processes.
• Experience in Pulp & Paper industry is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with SAP Hana.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish production planning and schedules.
• Monitor daily production output and track performance.
• Plan, control, and support material needs for on-time production and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, material, and cost reliability.

Responsibility:

• Prepare and Publish Production planning & Schedule
• Monitor and tracking daily output production
• Planning, controlling, and support materials need to support production and delivery on time
• Drive continuous improvement to improve planning processes to help identify and drive improvements on material or spare part, cost, and reliability
• Responsible to production plan and inventory control
• Responsible to cost projects control
• Responsible for procurement consumable workshop

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
• Having experience in manufacture and or production process
• Having experience in Pulp & Paper Industry
• Able to read technical drawing
• Strong capability in SAP-Hana
• Able to understand ISO certification
