Job summary

Revass Utama Medika is seeking a Billing Clerk to manage billing documents within the Odoo system and ensure invoices align with sales orders. You will prepare daily financial reports and coordinate with the tax department to obtain tax invoices.

The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance degree, attention to detail, and strong teamwork and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role in Indonesia, supporting a leading medical device distributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Basic understanding of billing documents.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage billing documents using the Odoo system.
