Job summary

Jedi Solutions seeks a Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing operations, including invoice processing and consolidation of customer usage data in Jakarta. You will prepare billing data for ERP systems to support sales orders and invoicing.

This role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/INDEX) and familiarity with basic accounting tasks, reporting, archiving, and generating periodic customer reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor, Senior High School, Engineering High School, Diploma 3
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing operations, including invoice processing and data consolidation of usage data
• Prepare and submit billing data to ERP systems to support sales orders and invoicing
• Handle billing reporting, documentation, archiving, and generate periodic customer reports
• Support basic accounting tasks and utilize Excel for data analysis
