Publicis Re:Sources in Jakarta is seeking an experienced billing and accounting professional to manage end-to-end invoicing, intercompany billing, and related reporting. You will collaborate with agency teams and tax functions to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

The role requires 6–8 years in accounting/financial analysis within a shared service or BPO setting, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce or equivalent.
• Experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficient with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue all billings in accordance with client requirements and agency instructions.
• Coordinate billing timelines, schedules and supporting documents for timely submission.
• Prepare and distribute billing packages with required backup documentation.
• Provide accurate invoices and supporting documents to clients for prompt payment.
• Prepare intercompany billing and recharge transactions where applicable.
• Ensure data verification, reconciliation and process control activities are completed correctly.
• Manage and prioritize billing workload to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Prepare, update and maintain unbilled reports and monthly metrics.
• Support Tax and GL Tax teams with required billing information and documents.
• Maintain filing and documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned.
