RecruitFirst is seeking a results-driven logistics sales professional to expand our ocean freight and customs clearance services portfolio. You will identify and secure new customers while managing end-to-end tender processes and pricing strategies.

• 3+ years of sales experience in 3PL or ocean cargo.
• Good knowledge of export and import regulations.
• Existing potential customer portfolio for LX Pantos services.
• Experience in tender management, pricing, and solution development.
• Fluent in English.

• Drive sales for ocean freight and customs clearance services and acquire new customers.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Analyze client needs, prepare customized proposals, pricing, and solutions.
• Manage tenders and coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management.
