RGE is seeking a logistics professional in Balikpapan to manage order processing, sea freight coordination, and vessel chartering. You will handle import/export shipments, prepare billing, and work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with LC and shipping instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate sea freight shipments and transport arrangement.
• Chartering of vessels.
• Book service with co-loaders for import/export and trans-shipment.
• Prepare billings.
• Coordinate shipments with internal departments.
• Maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements.
• Prepare shipping documents in accordance with LC and shipping instructions.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery of goods.
• Liaise with shipping lines, banks, and internal staff on documents processing.
• Submit exports and imports container details.
• Comply with port regulations and facilitate trade transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare billings.
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipment.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement.
• Prepare relevant shipping documents and ensure all documents are accurate and in accordance to Letter of Credit and shipping instructions.
• Monitor and follow-up on shipment schedule and delivery of goods.
• Filing and updating of schedules.
• Liaise with shipping lines, bank and internal staff on documents processing.
• Submit exports and imports containers details.
• Comply with port regulations and facilitate commercial trade transactions, as well as update import permits.
